Under the direction of Endo Kazutoshi and led by Executive Chef George Gkoregias, the restaurant features a rooftop terrace, an intimate eight-seater chef’s table, and a twelve-seater private dining room within the historic turret, with sweeping views of St James’s Park, The Mall, and Buckingham Palace.
