Personal coaching
Each session begins with an assessment - physical state, mental load, energy for the day - and the programme is rewritten accordingly. No two sessions are alike. Work with the same coach for years, or a different specialist each week.

Nutrition coaching
Nutritionist-led consultations that move beyond the plate. Supplements, sleep, recovery windows, personal strategies written for a life that travels. Pillar's culinary programme is led by two-Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton, whose menus are built to the same plan.

Gym and movement studio space
A full Technogym floor, a movement studio for classes, one-to-one coaching, strength and conditioning. Open twenty-four hours for members and hotel guests. Coaches can join you at short notice or step away when not needed.

Recovery and physiotherapy space
Pillar holds that one recovery session is owed for every five workouts. The recovery room is arranged around exactly this - assisted stretching, mobility work, percussion therapy, breathwork, compression. Experienced physiotherapists run full-body assessments to trace the root of any discomfort.
