The work of RJP – a studio appointed for its tactile aesthetic and its sensitive hand with heritage. The entrance opens through grand arched doors, drawn from the building’s original architecture, into a home composed with a clear sense of occasion.
A Grand Arrival, A Quiet Refuge
Beyond the doors, the day unfolds in its own time. Kitchen and reception are held apart, each given room to breathe, looking out over the green of the residents’ garden courtyard. The home is subtly scented throughout, a calm and refined sensory layer.
Floorplan
Mornings settle at the banquette, built into the kitchen to catch the courtyard light. The principal suite follows a layout all its own, with a second bedroom and bathroom set quietly apart.
Warmth runs through every material. A custom rug and silk-based wallpaper soften the gallery-like entrance, while the Smallbone kitchen sits in Perla Venata stone. Restored original mosaic and engineered Stained Oak carry the floors, grounding bespoke furnishings that make up the greater part of the home.
